Mentally Distrakted is an alternative rock band based in Sandusky, Ohio. The band was formed in 2022 and consists of three young adults who share a passion for creating music that speaks at great volumes. Their music is a unique blend of grunge, punk, and alternative rock, with lyrics that are raw and a style that matches no other.  The band is currently independent and are actively looking to expand their reach beyond Ohio.
